In order to avoid creating extra CO2 during transit, we limit the distance on items travel by consolidating everything in fulfilment centers near our factories, then shipping out orders directly to you. Cutting out intermediary fulfilment facilities in the countries where our items are sold might mean that it takes a little longer for your order to arrive, but we think saving the emissions is worth it!

** Unfortunately, due to some specific customs procedures, the delivery to some countries is not available at this time. We don’t ship to OFAC sanctions country list:
Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.
Some distant areas can take a bit longer, but we’ll get it to you!
The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.
Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.
After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
The order processing time might take up to 1 to 5 business days*. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.
If you place your order after 11:45 am Central Standard Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.
All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from USD to Local currency for you.
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST
We accept 12 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information. Just feel free to contact us. We're available 24/7 at CustomerService@Vitesse.run.
Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.
We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 12 hours period but no guarantee. If we were able to do so you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.
Shipping address provided cannot be a P.O. Box as some of our logistic partners cannot deliver parcel to a P.O. Box.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
Taking care of the earth has never been more important. Reducing ecological footprint can be as simple as reducing the packaging materials we use. This means using smaller boxes (or no box), bags, and containers for your products. Sturdy and durable items will be shipped in bag not box. Not only does this help us be more sustainable, it can also lower the shipping costs.
ViTESSE RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our return and exchange policy is effective for 14 days since receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. For refund and exchange requests, please send an email through the Contact Us page with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return.
Return and exchange requests for orders received and delivered after 14 days will be politely declined. We hope you understand. If 14 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or a refund.
Please make sure to read our size chart and item descriptions carefully before purchasing. Every style we curated has its own size chart. Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.
Accepted Return or Exchange Reasons:
Buyer received a product with a manufacturing defect
Buyer received item that is defective or damaged
Buyer received the wrong product, color, or size from the item that was ordered
Unfortunately, we cannot process a return or exchange if a mistake has been made by the buyer, including:
Buyer ordered the wrong item, quantity, color, or size
Buyer provided the incorrect or incomplete address
Incorrectly Provided Address: If you made an error in the address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase.
We ship the exact item(s) that you select at time of purchase. Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect size/color/quantity etc.
Note: If you realize after payment that you have provided the incorrect address or selected an incorrect item, please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order, and a refund will not be granted.
If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our end, please accept our apologies for this inconvenience! Your satisfaction is important to us and we are happy to replace or exchange items.
Return or Exchange Request Instructions:

Take a photo of the problem – If the problem is with the size, please use a ruler in your photo.
Send an email with the subject line “Order# [YourOrderNumber] [Return or Exchange] Request” to CustomerService@Vitesse.run . Please include the following:
A specific description of the issue
The Order Number - If there are multiple products in an order, identify the product with the issue
Our support team will respond within 24 hours and Return Instructions will be provided, if the item is approved for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed right away and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a few days - depending on your bank.
All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be ordered. The replacement item will be shipped to the original Shipping Address listed at the time the original order was placed.
We will offer free cancellation for all products cancelled within 12 hours. After this period, we will be unable to offer cancellations.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you were approved for a refund, but have not received it, please take the following steps. First, check your bank account, then contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at CustomerService@Vitesse.run.
